SAN ANTONIO - Some residents got a rude awakening when a car crashed into their house early Thursday.
Police say a driver fell asleep while driving West of Downtown shortly after 1:00 a.m. Thursday. The car went through the intersection of Mistletoe and Vollum and then crashed into a home on Mistletoe.
The driver and people inside the home were not hurt.
Police say drugs and alcohol did not appear to have played a role in the crash.
