SAN ANTONIO -- Police are searching for suspects after investigators say four people were shot during a fight between rival gang members at an East Side apartment complex Friday afternoon.

The shooting happened just before 5:00 p.m. Friday at the Center Park Apartments in the 3100 block of East Commerce. Officers at the scene said two rival gangs were arguing, and it turned into a fight. One of the them then pulled a gun and started shooting.

All four victims, two men and two women, said they were not involved in the fight and were simply bystanders. None of the victims suffered life-threatening injuries. Three of the victims were taken to the hospital in a private vehicle. The fourth victim was taken by ambulance.

Dear gangbangers- 1...please keep your trashy behavior amongst yourselves and stop disregarding innocent lives just because you don't appreciate yours. 2- if you're going to act like you gots mad skillz with guns, holmes, I suggest at least learning how to aim and fire properly. 3- when you're done with all of that, please aim at yourselves and feel free to fire away. That is all.

TaxPayingVet- cry some more. I guess you also missed the part where our President told the Republicans that the budget should not be balanced on the back of Americans who served their country (VETERANS). Meanwhile, the lunatics on the right say that anything is on the table to be cut. You've lost 50% of your freedom of speech in the last 2 years? Please tell me how that was accomplished, because it's a complete fabrication.

Luckily no innocence person in the complex was injured or killed. These punks should have their nuts cut off so they cannot breed.

They need not spend time investigating gang on gang violence. Let them work it out amongst themselves. The same goes for violence between a-rabs; let them seek justice in accordance with the Koran under sharia law rather that waste our time and resources. Same goes for their gangland and/or a-rab friends.

It is my understanding that gangs fight to gain "respect". Find a large open field and let the gangs shoot it out. The last one standing gets all of the respect. How can anyone respect a person who takes a life? When the retaliation happens and someone is killed, watch the victims family say "they were such a kind, sweet person". My left foot! They're punks and all of the rosaries and prayers won't get them to heaven.

Right, the four "victims" don't know a thing. I'm sure they were just standing around eating popcorn and getting a good view of an everyday gunfight between the local thugs. If they truly did not know anything about the shooters, shame on them for being stupid enough to hang around while these guys try their Saturday night special "dice" guns out on each other. Get a job and you don't have time to be on the streets with the local slugs.
