SAN ANTONIO - Police caught two people spray painting the side of a bar on Wednesday morning.
Police spotted the pair just northwest of Downtown near West Russell and Flores Street. Police say they arrested a 15-year old girl at the scene. Her male companion, however, fled. Officers caught up with him about a half hour later. Both of them now face graffiti charges.
