SAN ANTONIO - At least three people were hurt in an accident on Interstate 10 late Tuesday.
Deputies say a car traveling west on Interstate 10 rear-ended another car near Fair Oaks Parkway around 10:00 p.m. Tuesday. The driver of an 18-wheeler tried to avoid the crash, but ended up hitting the cable barrier and crossed over to the eastbound lanes and hit an SUV. That SUV then hit another car.
Three people were taken to the hospital for injuries but are expected to be all right.
The westbound lanes of Interstate 10 were shut down for hours while crews cleared the wreckage.
