Textecution recognizes when you are traveling going faster than ten miles an hour and then disables your phone's ability to send and receive texts. (News 4 WOAI)
We all know how big of a problem texting and driving has become. But now, there is a new phone application that could help you or your kids break the habit.

The application is called "Textecution."  Once you install the app on your phone, it recognizes when you are going faster than ten miles an hour.  Once that happens, the applications disables your phone's ability to send and receive texts. Once you stop, the text feature starts up again.
