VON ORMY, Texas -- The Bexar County Sheriff's Office is searching for a "person of interest" in connection with a deadly shooting at a home in South Bexar County.
According to a Bexar County Sheriff's Office spokesperson, Jonathan Avila also has a warrant for his arrest for possession of drugs. He said Avila, who also goes by the name "Tank," is known to hang out in the Indian Creek subdivision.
Investigators want to talk to Avila about a shooting in South Bexar County that left one man dead and two other people injured. The shooting happened on December 8th during a birthday party at a home on Countess in Von Ormy.
Terrell Stevens, 22, was shot and killed. One of the other two victims, 13-year-old Cora Lopez, was shot in the head and remains at University Hospital. The third victim, a 20-year-old man, is expected to recover.
