SAN ANTONIO -- A fight between a driver and a man walking along a street led to a stabbing.
The stabbing happened around 7:30 p.m. Tuesday near Blanco Road and Hildebrand, north of Downtown.
Police said the two men were arguing, when the man on the street attacked the man in the truck. The man in the truck was stabbed twice in the back and once in the head. He was taken to the hospital.
The suspect ran off.
