I've read it twice and I'm still not entirely sure I understand it all. It said Moya managed to escape but returned with his brother Gus....who I'm guessing actually returned with Paul. I still don't know who is in custody and who is not. And the last line "but he survived" is very strangely written. Now I don't normally harp on the way things are written but this story is so jumbled!

"But survived"? "but" makes it sound like it's a bad thing..lol

Wow...out of 5 paragraphs, the "journalist" screwed four. The nicest: "Bexar County Jail records show Paul Garcia, 27, was the only brother held in lieu of a $75,000 bond. His brother, Gus Garcia, 22, also a suspect in the shooting, remained in custody..." What? Who is the "only" that remains held? One or both?. Also, moya knocked the gun out of his cousin's hand and fled, then came back with the other cousin? My head starts hurting.
