Schools have been granted the authority and the responsibility to preside over attendance, safety, and other issued for the students in their care by parents and by taxpayers. Cellular phones also have tracking devices. Do the teens who are "objecting on religious grounds" to these school tracking devices also boycott cellular phones?? Anything that saves money for the school district and protects my child is okay by me!

I think It's a great idea. Next thing you know, some reckless teenagers skip class, get in an accident and die and then who's fault is it? For everybody mentioning the 4th amendment and your freedom rights bs, you have a choice!! If you don't like it, transfer your kid(s) to a more liberal school where they can do whatever they want. The Constituion! Does the majority of the US people remember what it is? Its a shame that most people dont really pay attention to whats happing in their own country. Public officials are sworn to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States and the State and it appears they are violating their oaths by allowing those to do so in the name of safety and protection. Those who would sacrifice liberty for a little protection deserve neither. They are committing a federal crime. The Constitution is not just a piece of paper it is "The Supreme Law!" They are sworn to uphold and defend it!

Brother Jaime, it is true that Texas is a godly state, filled with Christians who oppose the schemes and tricks of the communists who want to drag us down to the hellish condition of yankee states, but the Devil's people are strong in the big cities. Thus, when the Democrats get up to their social engineering in the cities, there is no one to stop them. Your feeling that we should root out these communists is good and welcome thinking. I have often called on Governor Perry to loose the Texas Rangers on these wretches, that they may be driven to Louisiana or some other place that welcomes the Devil's people.
