SAN ANTONIO -- A San Antonio police officer is now on indefinite suspension after he shot and killed a man back in July.

The officer, 33-year-old Michael Garza is appealing the suspension. He had been on administrative duty since July 27 when he shot and killed Alfredo Aragon.

Police say it started with a confrontation involving the officer's former roommate and Aragon, who was her ex-boyfriend.

The undercover officer shot and killed Aragon in front of Aragon's house. Garza said he shot Aragon because he feared for the safety of the children inside.

OK, if you are outside confronting the victim, why would you be worried about the children, who are inside the house, and no where near the victim? Sounds like another arrogant policeman who thinks their badge justifies them to be an a--ho--!
