First of all, the OFF DUTY DEPUTY WAS NOT DRINKING!!!! was NOT tailgating, and the person stalled was the one who had inbibed alcohol. Before you act like judge and jury, ask yourself what you would feel like if you were in the situation. Killing someone isn't an agenda on all those who swear to protect and serve. Matter fact the OFF DUTY OFFICER was on his way to serve and protect OFF DUTY , since some citizens don't know how to act. Maneuver THIS !!!!!

He should have used evasive maneuvers like Gabe Trevino claims everyone should do!!

And, what was the deputy's blood alcohol level?

i like the way it's worded to deflect blame from the deputy. as if he wasn't tailgating the vehicle that "swerved out of the way" and didn't see it in time. give me a break, or brake I should say.
