FORT WORTH, Texas - We've all heard the saying "No Shoes, No Shirt, No Service."

Now the Fort Worth Transportation Authority is adding No Saggy Pants. So anyone who rides the bus must wear their pants at their waist or they can find another ride.

Authority spokesperson say the new dress code is about about showing respect to all riders.

Its about time someone takes a stand against retarted America. I wonder if they realize how stupid they look.I blame the parents because they buy the close and let them dress like that.

In response to Sandymike, the reason I mentioned the race card, is pretty obvious. You may not want to beleive this but racism is alive and well in this country and definitely in San Antonio. Profiling and stereotyping are common practices among law enforcement officials and people who hold positions of authority. They sometimes abuse that authority for absolutely no reason at all or because their simply racist. And by that I mean racist toward anyone who is not like them, be it brown, black, or even lower class whites. It's starts and ends with the parents. I'm not a "cool" parent by any means and don't wish to be. My kids and anyone within my circle will show respect to anyone who deserves it.

I wonder if all these saggy bottoms wearers know that the trend was started in prison, to make sure a "kept" man remains spoken for, so to speak. In other words, it's a form of social humiliation for "used" men in prison. In my opinion, NOBODY's but crack is attractive. I don't care to see strangers underwear. It does look like these guys have a loaded diaper in their pants. I hoped the trend ended when "Hammmertime" was over.

educatedloco, i don't want to have to look at someones nasty butt( I think they call that indecent exposure) nor their underware. i don't care what the color of their skin might be. i also don't want my wife, kids, or grandkids to have to look at those things. its a matter of respect for other people. if you haven't figured that out yet, you might ought to think about changing your moniker to UNeducatedloco. one of the things that used to make america "who we are" was the respect we had for one another. wearing your pants around your butt (no matter what color your skin is) shows a complete lack of respect for others. i'd be courious how you came to throwing the race card in there, since the article says absolutly nothing about race?

What bothers me about this is that who get's to make the call on whether a person's pants are to saggy. Some old frustrated bus driver who has been tuaght his whole life to profile people based on how they dress or act. Or some person who is simply a racist who will use this opportunity to select and choose who he or she will allow on the bus. I don't think people relaize that this is just another small way of our government and city officials slowly taking away our rights. This is what makes America who we are. These are trivial issues that need zero attention. I have kids myself, and I make sure my son's pants are properly fastened at the waist line that they should be at or he won't leave the house. PERIOD.

Think they should also pass a law for those females out there showing off their underwear, thongs and bras. Fair's fair!

They are just showing their ass. It's like the girls showing their boobs. If the boys want to show off their ass cheeks, they well get some attention they may not want from older men. I believe this may be why middle Eastern women cover up their faces, because they do not want someone to admire their cheeks, if they have them. It is all about the orbs.
