SAN ANTONIO -- Tenants are boiling mad at an apartment complex because they said there has been no hot water for at least a month.
Several renters insists management at the Woodhill Apartments, on the northwest side, has ignored complaints about the lack of hot water.
We’re told a new company, Orion Real Estate Services, is now managing the property for the San Antonio Housing Authority.
Too afraid to speak on camera, renters said they want something done about the lack of water and a leaking underground pipe.
Property supervisor, James Tollett, said plumbers will be on the property tomorrow morning to work on the leaky pipes and Wednesday workers are expected to install four new hot water heaters.
A notice will go out to renters about a temporary loss of water to make repairs to the pipes.
