SAN ANTONIO- The driver of the float involved in the deadly accident last month in Midland will not be charged.

Four veterans, including one man from San Antonio, were killed when the float they were riding on was hit by a train on November 15th. A spokesperson for the City of Midland says no charges will be filed against the driver of the float, Dale Hayden.

However, the district attorney there says no decision will be made on charges until they've had time to review the police report.
