SAN ANTONIO - There's a new wedding trend that's meeting with less-than-stellar reviews.
They're “You’re not invited” alerts from brides and grooms who feel a need to confirm non-attendance.
Some are personally e-mailing and sending cards to acquaintances while others are having their wedding planner do the dirty work for them.
Wedding experts say brides and grooms can take a more tactful approach by keeping it simple. Be gracious when you express limitations like budget and space constraints and explain that it's nothing personal.
An offer to have dinner or drinks at a later date can also help smooth any hard feelings.
