SAN ANTONIO -- IBM has unveiled a new security tool that allows companies to scan emails, financial transactions, web visits and social media activity to help companies root out "disgruntled" employees who may leak secrets.

I've worked on camera for years at gas stations. It is amazing to learn working at a high volume public place that you can see thefts 3 times a day almost 7 days a week before they turned to prepay. And companies have had corporate spies for years. If you aren't your own boss, you should teach your kids to expect that at the workplace as a possibility. I believe strongly like Bill Gates that to improve public schools, teachers should be on camera and reviewed frequently, miracles would happen I'm sure.

Talk about Big Brother watching you! The point here is don't put anything out there that anyone can use against you. I can't see how they can look at your bank account legally though.
