Uuuuuhhhm, if you felt something was wrong, why did you not call CPS (for what that's worth these days)??! It's better to be wrong and feel like a jerk than to not do a darn thing (and then be the first to get on the news and interview) and watch these kids suffer terribly. I mean, come on!

el coyote, you have no idea what you are talking about. it would be great if child abuse were just about politics. it is about sick people who should be punished greatly. the system is broken and the fact that CPS workers are given such few resources is important. I would challenge any of you to maintain the schedule that they have to keep and if you think teachers are underpaid, well social workers earn half of that! family members who are willing and capable to care for children in state custody are given practically nothing to help them financially. there should be no difference! I hope all those adults are punished harshly but given the low bond that McGinty handed down, well I just wonder?? both political parties as well as each of us is responsible to ensure every child's safety. stop passing the buck!

I pray to GOD to give these children the strength to overcome their horrible life experiences and provide them with a faithful family. Folks, these two adults are part of hundreds of people that use children to gain government program freebies. They have seen others within their circle adopt children simply to cash in on government welfare programs. Why do they do this? Politicians have convinced them they are willing to help them obtain free government programs without getting an education, or a job for their vote. Children don’t talk to authorities and thus become the path of least resistance. These agencies place the children qualifying as many as possible since it is then CPS, another government agency monitor the homes. Walla, they both keep their government jobs at the expense of the children. End the cycle, vote Republican!
