Jennifer Richards' MySpace page paints a picture of a very caring mother.
The page quotes the 25-year-old mother as saying "When I am not working, I am spending time with my beautiful daughters," and "I am very blessed to have such wonderful kids in my life." Under 'children', the page reads "proud parent."
Despite her comments, Richards is accused of wanting to sell her 5-year-old daughter to an alleged child molester.
Richards grew up in Arizona. She attended Independence High School in Glendale, where she was part of the flag line team and graduated in 2001.
Arizona records show signs of trouble in the middle of Richards' senior year. She was pulled over numerous times for speeding, including in a school zone. She was caught several times with a suspended license and no insurance. Two warrants were also issued for her arrest for skipping out on court dates.
Richards moved to San Antonio in November of 2007. She got a job as a server at the Cheesecake Factory at North Star Mall, where met and started dating Sean Block. Block is also accused of taking part in the sex plan.
In an affidavit obtained by News 4, Richards was supposed to get a car, a furnished apartment, and some money in trade for sex with her daughter. But the buyer turned out to be an F.B.I. informant.
Richards now sits in a federal jail. She faces up to five years in prison if found guilty.
Court documents state Richards cannot have any contact with her kids, who are now with her mother.
Sean Block made his first appearance in court last week where Judge Nowak ordered him to remain in federal jail without bond.
