SAN ANTONIO - A woman is in the hospital after police say she was rear-ended by a large truck overnight.
It happened around 11 p.m. on the city's North Side. Investigators say a wrecker crashed into a car at 281 and Evans and the impact sent the car into another vehicle before hitting a rock barrier.
The driver of the car was airlifted to University Hospital in stable condition. The truck driver, and the third driver, were not injured in the accident.
Still no word on what caused the crash.
