SEGUIN, Texas -- A motorcyclist was killed in a crash in Seguin early Wednesday.
The accident happened around 5:15 a.m. Wednesday on Highway 90 near Highway 46. Police say 23-year-old Steven Wayne Carter Jr. was traveling west on Highway 90 when his motorcycle collided with a Jaguar that was turning left into the Caterpillar plant.
Carter died at the scene.
The cause of the accident is still under investigation. Officers do not believe alcohol or drugs were involved but said speed may have been a factor.
