SAN ANTONIO -- A motorcycle rider is recovering after he was hit by another driver who fled the scene.
Police were called Downtown to the intersection of Interstate 35 and McCullough just before 2:00 a.m. Friday. The motorcyclist told police he was stopped at a red light when the driver of a Chevy Blazer rear-ended his bike and then fled.
Police say the rider was not seriously injured, but was transported to area hospital for arm, neck and head injuries. Police are searching for the driver of the Chevy Blazer.
