SAN ANTONIO – There are new allegations against a San Antonio Police Officer already charged with sexual assault.  A second person has come forward claiming Officer Craig Nash sexually assaulted them a year and a half ago.

Officer Matt Porter, spokesperson for the San Antonio Police Department tells News 4 WOAI that a second investigation is now open, however no charges have been filed.

These allegations surfaced just days after News 4 WOAI reported that Officer Nash had been arrested and charged with Sexual Assault and Official Oppression.  According to the police report a transgender woman has accused Nash of handcuffing her and forcing her to perform sexual acts in his patrol car.

Nash is currently out on bond. Police tell us he is on administrative leave pending the outcome of these investigations.

judley1269, what kink of evasive action to you propose against an armed police officer?

Did the victim try to take any evasive action?

A CHARGE OF THEFT OF SERVICE SEEMS MORE LIKE IT!

I know at first everyone didn't want to believe the 1st alleged victim and now some are even playing doubting Thomas with the second one. Either way if these allegations do stick this man is a sworn officer of the law. There are codes and ethics he must abide by. Sure there are some who want to think oh no not my local police department. But you all can't live in denial. There are all types of sick people in all walks of life in all trades of work. It is another blow to the proverbial black eye this department has gotten ever since McMannus has come in to play but you all know that all of this would have come out sooner rather than later. There is no one to blame but the individual who is accused because ultimately it is him who knows what he has done. If he doesn't want to own up to it well there are higher powers that do know and he will have to answer to that in the end. Besides I don't think SAPD wanted the cop from the Village People if so then they got bigger issues to deal with in the hiring process!

No duh!!! He/she/it may be a woman or a man or in-between, but a public officer is sworn to protect that person as well as you and me. If the transvestite or transgendered person commits a crime, well, arrest him/her/it and take him/her/it to jail. Official abuse is spreading, unfortunately, and rogue cops can very easily progress from attacking freaks in the street to assault your or my daughter in the street, under any false accusation (as we know it happens from time to time).

stop calling these things women, it's a guy dressed like a woman because he is screwed in the head. I've seen them on TV and they look like guys dressed like women because that is what they are. Freaking disgusting things that need to give it up and stop insisting we call them she and her. I call it an it and it's a really screwed up it at that.

it is difficult to believe a sexual assault person would take over 18 months between assaults. This police officer could not hide his desires in the middle of a police force. I suggest it begins with the non-respect against the Chief that these police officers take it to the next level. It's one thing catching the guys off duty but too many have been caught while on duty. This Chief needs to go! We need someone to spend time with the staff and not a be social butterfly dressing pretty for the TV camera.

I do not believe a SAPD officer would be stupid enough to do something crazy like this. I do believe a person who is willing enough to change their sex would indeed lie about this situation.. The police would not do this..Most of the time the truth comes out...Only a mentally disturb person would change their sex..

Somehow I get a gut feeling that the accuations are very true about this officer. I truly hope that SAPD will do a through investgation.

The sad thing is he'll probably like it.
