SAN ANTONIO -- Not all road construction projects around the city are moving along as quickly as the one at 1604 and 281.
An official with the Texas Department of Transportation says a Rio Grande Valley company has defaulted on some of its projects in the San Antonio area. Ballenger Construction's projects include the widening of Interstate 10 and constructing an underpass at Medical Drive and Fredericksburg.
