Obama did "cut" future Medicare spending, by 700 billion. Now yes I am using the Democrat definition of "cut", which means a reduction in future spending. You and I both know if a Republican reduces future spending, that's a "cut" so I am using the same definition. Thus, Obama has already cut Medicare as part of Obamacare. Ryan will cut Medicare more, or Obama will have to even more either way (if Satan lets him win). There is no "accusation" that Obama cut Medicare, he did already under the standard socialist definition of cut. You have to admit that. Sorry.
