SAN ANTONIO -- After Maria Garcia contacted the assisted living center she lived at, she was found Downtown unharmed on Sunday evening.
Maria Esther Garcia, 33, was last seen Sunday morning in the 12,000 block of Walthampton on the North Side.
Her family says Garcia suffers from mild retardation and borderline personality disorder.
