i could care less if shes from mexico of main a 15 year old HAS NO REASON being with a 23 year old. Thats not a relationship its a rape! and i say again that type of detective work HAS to start at home. I WILL KNOW who my daughters are with who they hang around with and even their parents. Kids will be kids thats their job OUR job is to be PARENTS. Why sit and wait until this goes this far? If you find out an OLDER man has been EVEN CONTACTING your child why wait until he breaks another law until you get involved? I dont blame that little girl, shes stupid and thats because shes suppose to be stupid at 15. I blame the parents for not looking into their kids life or looking in it and keeping their hands in their pocket. But its one or the other.
