SAN ANTONIO - A small fire broke out in the back storage room at the Midnight Rodeo Club in the 12000-block of Nacogdoches Saturday morning. Some boxes were stacked too close to heating coils and they caught fire, according to fire officials. The flames were quickly doused by the emergency sprinkler system.
The club was open at the time and the building had to be evacuated at about 12:30. Everyone got out safely, but the structure suffered about $10,000 worth of damage.
