SAN ANTONIO -- A Northside Independent School District was been placed on lockdown after the school received a threatening phone call Tuesday.
A Northside ISD spokesperson said the telephone threat was made to Hobby Middle School around 11:45 a.m. Tuesday.
The school was put in modified lockdown, which allows students to move around the inside of the school but locks down all exterior doors and suspends all outdoor activities.
NISD said the school would remain in modified lockdown as long as necessary.
Police are investigating the threat and have not released any details.
