SAN ANTONIO -- A man is hospitalized in stable condition this morning after being stabbed during a fight at a pool.
The stabbing happened at an apartment complex on Chase Hill on Northwest Side. Police say an argument broke out in the pool area, and a man pulled out a knife and stabbed another man in the chest.
The suspect took off running but was later arrested.
