One man is in the hospital and his brother is in jail after the two got into a fight over drugs Saturday evening.
Police were called out to Henry Street near Zarzamora on the West side. Police say two brothers that live together got into a fight involving drugs. The older brother grabbed a machete and slashed the younger one in the stomach.
The suspect then fled the scene, but officers caught up to him a few miles away. He is being charged with assault with a deadly weapon. The victim is in critical condition at University Hospital.
