SAN ANTONIO - San Antonio police said a man was in the hospital after he was shot in the chest during an attempted robbery early Tuesday morning.
The incident happened on the northwest side at The Outpost Apartments on UTSA Boulevard around 1:45 a.m. Police said they were still looking for the shooter, which they described as a man weighing about 200 pounds. The victim in his early 20's was taken to University Hospital in serious condition.
