SAN ANTONIO -- A man was rushed to the hospital after being shot at a Northwest Side hotel.
The shooting happened just before 3 a.m. Saturday on Laureate Drive near Fredericksburg. Officers say several people were in a room drinking at the Rodeway Inn when the shooting happened. Police say one of the men was playing with a gun and accidentally shot his friend. The victim was hit in the shoulder, but decided not to press charges.
He is expected to be alright.
