SAN ANTONIO- An argument at a party south of Downtown led to a shooting at another home.

It happened just after midnight on Friday morning, at a home off Yellowstone near Haines. Police say two men got into a argument, and one of them flashed a gun and made some threats. The other man left the party and headed home. The man with the gun followed him but ended up getting shot himself, when the man he followed grabbed his own gun from his home and opened fire.

Police say the victim refused medical treatment, and no charges will be filed since the shooting was in self defense.

really shop? WOAI you need something like better stories. who gives a damn if someone got shot for flashing a gun. I wanna know where the drunk drivers are.

How about filing charges against the dummy that flashed his gun, followed the guy home, got shop and refused treatment? Even with a concealed handgun license that's illegal isn't it? I mean we ticket people for road rage don't we? It sounds like the police are excusing his behavior because he got shop. By next week this guys going to be bragging about how he got shop but stood his ground. If he has a license to carry it needs to be taken away. If he doesn't he needs to be arrested and/or fined.

We do have the right to bear arms. If someone threatens me and follows me guess I too would shoot him or her. Hope the other guy stops doing this type of thing.

Sounds to me like the home owner needs to spend a little more time at the shooting range.
