SAN ANTONIO - A man is in the stable condition after police say he accidentally shot himself in the head.
It happened at a home on Sterling Drive near I-10 and Martin Luther King Drive around 12:45 a.m. Police say the man took out a gun and playfully pulled the trigger. When nothing happened, he reportedly pointed the gun at his own head and pulled the trigger again. This time however, the gun went off.
Luckily, no one else was hurt by the gunshot.
