SAN ANTONIO - An officer discovered a man shot in the back on the side of the highway. Police found Martin Trujillo, 44, in the front seat of a car just after 1am Sunday morning on I-10 at Fresno. Officers tell us the victim claimed he was shot while driving. Trujillo was taken to University Hospital in good condition. Police are investigating.
