SAN ANTONIO -- A local man is robbed while pumping gas into his car early in the morning.

The incident occurred at a Tetco gas station off of Fredericksburg road near 410 at around 1 A.M. The victim said the suspects drove up to him, pulled out a gun, and took 20 dollars.

SAPD received a good description of the men in question and were able to track them down. Police said the suspects threw their fake gun out of a sport utility vehicle. The toy gun was found by a homeless man, who turned it in to the authorities.

The two suspected assailants have been arrested and are now facing aggravated robbery charges.

Homeless folks and crooks hate gas in the face. Trust me. It works.
