SAN ANTONIO -- A man who had just been released at the Bexar County magistrate's office was hit by FedEx truck Tuesday morning.
The accident happened around 7:30 a.m. Tuesday in the 400 block of Frio Street. Police said the the truck backed into the man, causing him to fall. The man suffered cuts on his hand and injuries to his face. He is expected to be all right.
The driver of the FedEx truck will not face any charges.
