SAN ANTONIO -- A search is underway for several suspects after a man was shot on the city's West Side.
Police say two men got into an argument outside of a convenience store/gas station on Marbach near West Military around 6:30 p.m. Wednesday. A white SUV pulled up with four men inside it. A fight broke out, and one of the men was grazed by a bullet.
The victim was taken to University Hospital and is expected to be all right.
Police say everyone else got away in the SUV.
