So what was he saying was going on? What was his reason? Only hearing one side of the story...

He gets to do jail time, but a person convicted of DUI manslaughter gets a slap on the wrist and 6 months probation. Go figure. Not that I think what he did was right...it's just ironic, don't you think?

Sounds like this guy has mental issues. But instead of spending a few dollars on treatment, the taxpayers (us!) get to spend THOUSANDS to run this guy through the criminal justice system.
