LIVE OAK, Texas - A man previously arrested for improper photography is now facing additional charges.
Live Oak police say 18-year-old Jose Ignacio Montiel was arrested and charged with Improper Photography or Visual Recording back in June after he allegedly tried to video a woman who was in a dressing room at a Kohl's store. At the time of his arrest, officers seized an iPod in Montiel's possession as evidence. A warrant was then obtained to search the contents of the iPod, and investigators say they found "multiple video files of women in various states of undress."
Officers located three additional victims who wanted to press charges against Montiel. He was again arrested on Tuesday and charged with three additional counts of Improper Photography or Visual Recording.
Montiel was released from jail after posting a $15,000 bond.
