Man dies after beaten with shovel, suspect arrested

Police have arrested 25-year-old David Lee Garcia in connection with the death of a 58-year-old man who was brutally beaten at his West Side auto repair shop.

Even when San Antonio is 70% Mexican/Latino, there are criminals from all backgrounds still.
