Man arrested in deadly drive-by shooting

SAN ANTONIO -- A man has been arrested in connection with a deadly drive-by shooting on the West Side.

Twenty-year-old Jonathan Miranda has been charged with aggravated assault.

The shooting happened back on November 7th on Remolino near Cupples Road. Thirty-year-old Joe Richard Santos was killed and a three-year-old was hit in the forearm and underwent surgery.

Police believe the shooting was gang-related.

weak and a wuss: those are the requirements for someone to do a drive by shooting......walk up to a person and put a gun in his face takes a "pair" which this guy clearly does NOT have....

20-freakin' years old. And what kind of life does he have ahead of him? Whacking someone does not look good on a resume, but I'm thinking about the only job this guy could get is flipping burgers. Wait, that's an insult to burger flippers....
