SAN ANTONIO - An El Paso man is out on bond after allegedly urinating on The Alamo.
It is the first time someone has been arrested for doing that since heavy metal singer, Ozzy Osbourne infamously did so in 1982.
According to his arrest report, Daniel Athens, 21, was intoxicated when he was arrested Saturday night.
Athens is charged with public intoxication and urinating in public -- both misdemeanors.
A member of the Alamo Rangers who guards the historic site held Athens until police arrived.
