SAN ANTONIO -- A man accused of sexual assault is now in police custody.
According to an arrest affidavit, 60-year-old Jose Rodriguez wanted to have sex with a 59-year-old woman at his home and wouldn't take no for an answer. The affidavit states Rodriguez took off the woman's clothing, slapped her on the face, and even threatened to kill her.
The victim managed to escape through a bedroom window and run to a neighbor's home for help.
Police say the woman suffered minor scratches on her arms and knees when Rodriguez pushed her to the ground.
Police tracked down Rodriguez, and he's now in the Bexar County Jail.
