SAN ANTONIO -- A man is behind bars, accused of sexually assaulting a mentally disabled teenager.
A police affidavit states the victim told her mother that 27-year-old Jesus Herrera would come into her room. She said Herrera had sex with her and also bit her.
Police arrested Herrera Sunday.
