SAN ANTONIO - A man is facing arson charges after police say they caught him setting fire to two stores on surveillance tape.
Carlos Blas Garcia was arrested Tuesday after police said he set fire to an HEB on San Pedro.
He is also accused of setting several fires at a Walmart on Jones Maltsberger back on May 6.
According to his arrest affidavit, Garcia was captured on surveillance tape setting the fires at the Walmart and by a witness at the HEB who took a photo of Garcia on a cell phone.
The fires were both set while people were in the stores.
