SAN ANTONIO - Police arrested a 55-year-old man for allegedly molesting a 5-year old boy.
Raul Lopez Flores is facing an Indecency with a Child-Contact charge. According to an arrest warrant affidavit obtained by News 4 WOAI, a family member heard the boy yell out "Stop it! I don't want to play that game anymore" and said the boy sounded frightened.
According to the affidavit, the family member told police she ran to the bedroom and observed Flores on the bed with his underwear down to his knees, and that Flores' hands were near the boy's groin area. The family member told police she yelled at Flores, and Flores then pushed to boy off of the bed and yelled at him "You bastard, you shouldn't have said anything."
The affidavit also states the boy was crying and repeating to the family member "You and grandma are suppose to protect me..."
Flores remains in the Bexar County Jail. His bond has been set at $75,000.
