Man accused of killing mom's boyfriend

SAN ANTONIO -- Investigators in Webb County have arrested a man accused of killing his mother's boyfriend in San Antonio.

Facundo Yanez was arrested August 31st. The 20-year-old is accused of shooting 28-year-old Sonny Guerrero and two of his friends. Guerrero later died.

Webb County officials are working to extradite Yanez to Bexar County.

Thus story is all wrong first of all Yanez didn't shoot his moms bf,Sonny the drunk wanna be gangster was the brother of Yanezs aunts boyfriend..he didnt even know this idiot making all these threats,,he was defending himself
