SAN ANTONIO -- Police have arrested a man who they say recorded video of himself having sex with a 12-year-old girl who was asleep.
Robert Torres III, 21, is charged with Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child. Investigators said the girl told her mother she was sleeping in a bedroom with another female relative when she spotted a light in the room. She said she then looked up and saw Torres quickly leaving the room.
An arrest warrant affidavit states the girl's mother and another relative then returned to the home and found a camera. The two told police they placed the SD card from the camera into a laptop computer to find out what was on it and discovered video of Torres exposing himself in front of the sleeping 12-year-old.
Investigators said they obtained a search warrant to examine the SD card and found several videos of a male having sex with sleeping females, including an encounter consistent with what the girl's mother and relative described to them.
