SAN ANTONIO -- A man has been arrested for allegedly assaulting a teenage girl near her school.

Investigators say 25-year-old Rafael Vera approached the girl at a store and told her he was only 18 and a high school student. The two exchanged text messages and met at a local cemetery, where the victim says one of the attacks happened.

The victim attended the Texas Military Institute at the time of the alleged assaults.

Assaulting a teen cause he can't get girls his own age lol. What a loser. I wish i would stumble across stuff like this so i'd have the law on my side when i smash his face in with my fist.

Ok wait a minute, the last sentence reads the cemetery is where one of the attacks ocurred. So she was assualted more than once by this guy....this sounds very fishy.

This was not assault. i know the girl. It was a completely willing realtionship. oh and stop crying about how girls that age cannot consent to sex. Thats BS. No one ever made me have sex with someone I didn't want to.
